The Role:

BBM Solicitors is seeking a dedicated and motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Corporate, Commercial team in Wick. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with up to two years of post-qualification experience to develop their expertise within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support across corporate and commercial property matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Manage transactions to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, consistently upholding our commitment to Quality, Service, and Trust.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to business development initiatives and strategic growth.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified or qualifying Summer 20226 as a solicitor in Scotland with up to two years of PQE.
• Strong interest and experience in corporate or commercial property.
• Analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and meet strict deadlines.
