Tracey Aitken

Tracey joined us as our Practice Manager in June 2024, this is a new role within BBM to help support growth and development in the firm. She comes from a varied career in the third sector, having worked for the last 16 years with a local community based charity and social enterprise in Caithness. Tracey’s key areas of experience lie in Finance and People Management.

Outside of work: Tracey lives with her partner and son in Wick. She enjoys spending time with her family, which often involves chasing the next new Marvel movie! She loves to be by the sea, enjoys walking and the occasional run – which is often more a gentle meander! She loves music and would describe her taste in music as “eclectic”, she could be listening to anything from Foo Fighters to Taylor Swift and everything in between!
