Lyndsey McNeill

Lyndsey joined the BBM conveyancing team at the start of 2024. With over 10 years experience as a registered Paralegal in residential conveyancing she deals with all aspects of purchasing and selling residential properties. As a Caithness girl, she has a good knowledge of the local area but has purchased and sold many properties throughout Scotland throughout her career. As a Crofter herself, she has a lot of knowledge and experience in dealing with Crofting matters including everything from purchasing and selling crofts to decrofting and assignations of crofting tenancies. She is approachable and always happy to help in any way that she can.

Outside of Work: Lyndsey and her husband own the family croft and have continued with her families long tradition of farming sheep on the land. Their two young children are a great help in most of their weekend farm jobs as is their Collie dog, Tam. Lyndsey loves walking and can be found on the beach with Tam, any chance that she gets, no matter the weather or going on adventures with her kids.
