Property Solicitor – based in Wick, Caithness
As a Property Solicitor, you will handle a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and security work. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and ensuring smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Providing tailored legal advice to clients
• Conducting property searches and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and other professionals
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
• Qualified Scottish Solicitor with experience in property law
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with rural and crofting law (desirable but not essential)
